Obsession Du Jour: RUDE Cheeks by Illamasqua 8.14.09
I love blush, its a recent love starting with MAC's Otherworldy blush but has expanded in a major way. Anyway, this is Rude cream bush by Illamasqua. I am usually not a fan of cream blushes because they fade, but this blush it amazing. So pigmented and lasts forever. No fading problem here. This color is universally flattering, I love it with a tan but would look fab on very fair skin giving the peaches and cream effect.
I cant wait to try out more of these!

Thatlooks lovely, I am so into illamasqua(see my blogs latest posts). This is one blush I really want to try as well as Lies.

I do! I haven't tried these, but they look amazingly pigmented. I love the Stila Convertible Colors. I basically have every shade!

ReplyDeleteI like cream blushes and have a few MAC blushcremes. I was at the Illamasqua counter last week and fell in love with the cream blushes in Laid, Deep and Crush. They WILL be mine!
Looks so hot on.. i dont like how strong it is in the tub..but its suprisingly subtle on!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving cream blushes atm too, the Illamasqua ones are so perfectly dewy <3 I've got Promise (pics on my blog) which is gorgeous, I reeeeally want Sob next. I was tempted by Rude at one point but was worried it might look orangey on my fair skin. Looks lovely on you though :)

ReplyDeleteI've been soo obsessed with cream blushes this summer! I bought all the shades they had at the body shop, just got 2 stila convertibles, posietint, and illamasqua "promise" was next on my list. However, I might end up getting this one now as well!
ReplyDeleteYes, yes and yes! I bought Illamasqua cream blush in 'Lies' the other day and I love it - I used to skip cream blushes, I don't even own any MAC ones but the Illamasqua cream blushes are pretty special. Lies is a really pale pink and it has high sheen so is great as a highlight. xox
