Aw so sorry to hear this, there is nothing worse! Red bull and coffee are good for a short term pick me up, but I think after a few early nights, lots of water some chill out time you will feel a bit better again!!! Take care
Wow I had to comment back, whare the chances I woke up today fully dressed with heels on from a crazy night out last night. :) I haven't moved from my bed all day! hahah
Only thing that helps me with exhaustion is either sleep, a long soak in the tub or just plain rest and relaxation! Hope you feel more awake soon! x
