I was happily surprised when I received these and saw the burnished orange and a deep cranberry, bordering on a deep brown. The only one that I will not wear all that often is the lime green. However, the lime is a shimmery sheer lime which could be okay as a simple wash on the lid in summer. I am actually excited to try that but only when I have a tan.
As far as formula's go, these are the stellar NARS formula that I love. Soft, buttery and a dream to blend. NARS eye shadows can be a huge hit or a huge miss. I lucked out with these.

The colours arent really my style, but i own some Nars shadows and the pigmentation is just sublime.
ReplyDeleteOh, how I wish we had a sephora in the UK! although our Selfridges and Space NK have NARS, I did not stumble across these for around that much. Which is a bummer! The colours look fab though. Not something I would wear on a daily basis, but maybe in the weekend or if I was going out.

I saw these a while back but thought th orang rd looked odd- greens arent really my colouring. Having lookd at the swatches I could probably war the orange cranberry. I must swatch things more, and not look at the pan colour.
