Cheap Obsession Du Jour 6.1.09

What can you love for $1 except something off McDonalds dollar menu?

Anything on elf.com. Elf's eyebrow kit is amazing. I like my eyebrows and they barely need help, but I find myself reaching for this daily now. It comes with a brown brow wax and a light ashly brown powder to fill in your brows. For some reason this powder is the exact perfect color for me! The packaging is great, it is very very similar to NARS black packaging. Same black compact, with that matte silky feeling plastic. I highly recommend anyone with similar coloring to try this out, hey for $1 you can not lose! Just look at that cute little brush it comes with.

Will you try this out? You should!

  7. Haha, faster than you can say dollar menu ;)

I always dismissed elf, thinking it to be low on quality. Should I give it a second look?

  8. I have been wondering how the ELF brow stuff fares. I've got a cheapie Wet 'n Wild one that works somewhat, but I wish I had something that looks more natural. How's ELF in terms of that?

  9. Krasey- As did I, I can be a bit of a snob, but I actually find elfs products to be surprisingly high quality especially their studio line.

  10. Kon- It is very natural, are you cooler toned? Because the powder is a bit cooler ashy toned. I really like it though!

  18. Omg, this looks brilliant...Sad that my only brow kit/product options where I am are MAC , Clinique and whatever high-end brands have similar stuff...Wish we got Anastasia or Urban Decay or Elf...! (Ok, this was a rather pathetic comment, lol)!!!
